These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Just My Trading Thoughts LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as JMT² ("JMT²," "we," "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using www.jmtt.ai, app.jmtt.ai, or our mobile app (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Risk Disclosure, each incorporated by reference.
These Terms contain a binding arbitration clause and a class-action waiver. Please read Section 12 carefully.
JMT² is a publisher of general financial education and market commentary. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading adviser, or financial planner, and we do not provide personalized investment advice or establish any fiduciary or advisory relationship. All content is general, identical for all subscribers, and for educational and informational purposes only. See the Risk Disclosure.
You must be 18 or older and located in the United States to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us promptly at hello@jmtt.ai of any unauthorized use.
What AURA is. AURA is JMT²'s AI-powered behavioral pattern-recognition tool. It observes patterns in how you engage with the Services and your own journal and reflects those patterns back to you in educational terms.
What AURA is not. AURA is not a licensed financial adviser, therapist, counselor, or mental health professional. AURA does not provide personalized investment advice, direct specific trades, provide mental health or therapeutic services, or provide clinical assessments or diagnoses.
Limitations. AURA's commentary is derived solely from your behavioral data within the Services. It does not have access to your external financial accounts, personal circumstances, or medical history, and its observations are not diagnostic. If you are experiencing mental health concerns, please seek support from a licensed professional.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services for your own non-commercial use. You agree not to: share account access; copy, resell, redistribute, scrape, or republish our content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services; use our content to train, develop, or improve any competing AI or machine-learning system; misuse data; remove proprietary notices; or use the Services unlawfully. Community participation is subject to our community guidelines; we may moderate or remove content and accounts.
All content, software, branding (including "JMT²"), curriculum, signal logic, data pipelines, and materials are owned by JMT² or its licensors and protected by law. You receive no ownership rights and no license except as expressly stated in Section 5–6.
You acknowledge that the Services provide education and general commentary, not financial advice, that trading involves substantial risk of loss, and that you are solely responsible for your own decisions. You accept the Risk Disclosure in full.
THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SIGNAL OR DATA IS ACCURATE, PROFITABLE, OR TIMELY. OPTIONS TRADING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK AND IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL INVESTORS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JMT² WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (i) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (ii) $100. These limits apply regardless of the theory of liability and even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where prohibited, the limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold JMT², its members, officers, employees, and agents harmless from claims and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms or any third-party right, or any trading losses resulting from your independent decisions.
Informal resolution first. Before starting arbitration, you agree to contact us at hello@jmtt.ai with a written description of your claim and give us 30 days to resolve it informally.
Binding individual arbitration. If unresolved, you and JMT² agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in Travis County, Texas, rather than in court, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property.
Class-action waiver. You and JMT² each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class, collective, or representative action. If this waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration provision in this Section is void.
Opt-out. You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to hello@jmtt.ai within 30 days of first using the Services, stating your name, address, and a clear statement that you are opting out.
Governing law and venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. For any matter not subject to arbitration, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for any lawful reason. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 7–12 and 14) survive termination.
The Services are offered in English, with Spanish forthcoming. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English and Spanish versions of these Terms or any other JMT² document, the English version governs and controls.
Entire agreement. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure, are the entire agreement between you and JMT² regarding the Services. Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Assignment. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign freely. Notices. Notices to JMT² go to hello@jmtt.ai or the address below; notices to you go to your account email. Force majeure. We are not liable for failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including data-feed interruptions, exchange outages, or acts of God.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
